Contact us and request our DCR - Development of the Customer's Requirements Form, fill it in giving details of that customized body armor and then send this form back to us. You will have a body armor prepared, the special one that suits all your particular demands of use. WARRANTY Ballistic body armor panels: CADDIN warrants its ballistic body armor panels to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the date of purchase. If any protective components are damaged due to neglect, abuse or misuse, this warranty is immediately null and void. Fabric carrier: CADDIN warrants its body armor fabric carrier to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for eighteen (18) months. CADDIN ARMOR REPLACEMENT POLICY If, during an on-duty confrontation, your CADDIN Body Armor is damaged by ballistic impact, we will replace it free of charge. Send the damaged vest and departmental certification explaining how the damage occurred to CADDIN Body Armor. We will immediately process this information, and promptly send you a new vest.
